After being crushed into required sizes by the jaw crusher, the crushed limestone will be transferred to the hopper by the elevator and then being fed into the grinding cavity evenly and continuously by the vibrating feeder. The ground powder is flowed by the airflow of the fan and then graded by the classifier. The required vertical roller mill enter the collecting system through the duct, after separating and collecting and discharged from the outlet duct.

Because of the certain moisture of the raw material, while vertical roller mill working, the produced heat will lead to the gas evaporation and expansion which will change the quantity of the airflow. And each of the junctions of the ducts is not tightly sealed; the outside air will enter the grinding cavity which increases the circulating airflow. In order to keep the balance of the airflow and collect the extra gas into the dust collector, we need to adjust the gas event of between the fan and the main part. And then collect the powder which is brought by the extra gas. The extra gas will be discharged after being purified.
